Getting started
Type or say one sentence about your business. Something like I run a ceramics studio in Kochi and I take weekend visits is enough. We build a page from it. You change whatever you want and press publish. Most people are live in about two minutes.
No. The whole thing is built to work on a phone, one handed, on mobile data. That is how most people make theirs.
Four things, in this order. What you do, what it costs, when you are open, and how to reach you. Everything else is optional. Prices are the one most people leave off, and the one visitors most want.
Yes, as often as you like. Changes go live when you publish. Nothing is locked.
Your address
Letters, numbers and hyphens. No dots and no spaces, so the same name still works if you later move it to an address of your own. Short is better, because you will have to say it out loud. ourlink.is/sharmasweets beats ourlink.is/sharma-sweets-jaipur-official.
Yes. The old one keeps sending people to the new one for 30 days, then it is released. Update it in your Instagram bio and on anything you have printed before that runs out.
Try adding your city or your trade, like meera-ceramics or meerakochi. If a name is clearly taken by someone impersonating you, report it and we will look.
WhatsApp and enquiries
Someone taps it and WhatsApp opens on their phone with a first message already typed, addressed to your number. They can change it before sending. You get it in WhatsApp as normal.
We still record that they tapped. It shows in your enquiry list as new. Plenty of people tap and never send the message, and knowing they were interested is worth something.
So nobody is forgotten. New means nobody has touched it. Contacted means someone reached out. Following up means you are waiting on them. Then joined, or lost. Two taps to change.
If an enquiry sits on new past your limit, we message you on WhatsApp. Set the limit in settings. Four hours is what most businesses pick.
No, and that is deliberate. It is the part of the product that makes the difference. You can ignore it if you want to.
Payments you receive
Add a payment block, set the amount or leave it open, and connect your bank details through Razorpay. Your customer pays by UPI without leaving the page.
Straight to your bank account through Razorpay, on their normal settlement timeline. It does not pass through us.
No. Razorpay charges their own fee, which is between you and them. We take nothing, on any plan.
It never touches our servers. Razorpay handles the payment on their own page, and we only find out whether it succeeded.
Languages
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali. Write in any of them.
We read the language their phone is set to and serve that version of your page. There is a switcher on the page if they want a different one.
Yes. Open that language, edit the line, save. We never overwrite a line you have edited, even when you republish.
No. Names, prices, phone numbers and addresses stay exactly as you wrote them, on purpose.
Your own domain
A domain you already own, and Pro or above. Then two lines pasted into your registrar's DNS settings and a verify button. The custom domains page has the full walkthrough.
Sometimes a minute. Sometimes a few hours, if your registrar is slow to publish the change. We message you when it is live.
No. The certificate is included, installed and renewed by us.
Billing and plans
Settings, then Plan, then pick one. Annual is one UPI payment. Monthly sets up an autopay mandate.
Because monthly autopay in India fails often, usually for balance reasons, and a failed payment can drop your page back at a bad moment. Every yearly price is less than twelve months of the monthly one, and it avoids all of that.
Settings, then Billing. Every payment has a GST invoice you can download. Add your GSTIN there and it appears on future invoices.
Your page keeps working on ourlink.is/yourname. Your own domain stops pointing here, our name comes back at the bottom, and you drop to one language. Nothing is deleted.
Within 7 days of a payment, yes, in full. After that, case by case. The refunds page has the whole policy.
Your data
Enquiries, then Export. You get a CSV of everything, including the ones you marked lost.
Settings, then Delete account. We send you a full export first, then hold the data for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then remove it.
Give them to you. We do not sell them, rent them or use them for advertising. There is no ad network script on your page.
Still stuck
Message the OurLink team on WhatsApp and describe what you were doing when it went wrong. That one sentence usually saves three messages.
Nothing here answered it?
Write to us. A person reads every message, and we add the good questions to this page.
