Your data, in and out.
Two buttons. One gives you everything. One removes everything. Neither of them needs our permission.

Getting a copy of everything
Settings → Your data → Export everything
What is in the export
- pages.json
- Every page you have made, in full, including drafts and older versions
- pages-html/
- A working copy of each published page as a plain HTML file. It opens in any browser with no internet.
- enquiries.csv
- Every enquiry, with the date, the channel, the page, the status, who it was assigned to and every note
- analytics.csv
- Daily page opens and button taps
- images/
- Every photo you uploaded, at the size you uploaded it
- invoices/
- Every GST invoice as a PDF
- account.json
- Your details, your plan, your team members and your settings
Usually it takes under a minute. A very large account may take a few minutes, and we message you when the file is ready. The link lasts 7 days. There is no limit on how often you can do it and no charge.
The HTML copy is the part that matters. It means that if we disappeared tomorrow, you would still have a working page you could put anywhere.
Just the enquiries
Enquiries → Export
A CSV of your enquiries, filtered however the screen is filtered. If you are looking at one centre and last month, that is what you get. This is the one people use weekly, so it is two taps rather than buried in settings.
Deleting your account
Settings → Your data → Delete account
We build your export and send it to you
Before anything else. You cannot delete an account without being handed the copy first, and this is deliberate.Your pages go offline immediately
The addresses stop working. Anyone who opens one sees a plain page saying it is no longer here.We hold everything for 30 days
People change their minds, and people press the wrong button. Tell us in that window and everything comes back exactly as it was. After 30 days it is removed
From the live database and from backups on their normal roll off cycle, which takes up to a further 30 days.Your address is released after 30 days
Somebody else can take it. If you want to hold it, do not delete the account. Downgrade to free instead, which costs nothing.
What we keep, and why: invoices and tax records, for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. That is a name, an amount, a date and a GST number. Nothing about your pages or your enquiries.
Deleting one thing rather than all of it
Deleting individual items
- One page
- Open it, Settings, Delete page. Same 30 day window.
- One enquiry
- Open it, Delete. Gone in 30 days.
- One photo
- Remove it from the page, then delete it in the media list.
- Your enquiry history, keeping the account
- Ask us. We will do it and confirm in writing.
Somebody has asked you to delete their details
If a customer asks you to remove their enquiry, that is your call to make, not ours. Delete the enquiry and it goes on the same 30 day cycle. If you need help proving it was done, ask us and we will confirm it in writing so you have something to send them.
Their details were collected for you, not for us. That is why the button is in your hands.
If you would rather ask a person
Write to dm@ourlink.is. We will confirm who you are, then do it, within the 30 days the Digital Personal Data Protection Act allows and usually a good deal sooner. We do not charge for this and we will not try to talk you out of it.
If we do not do it, or we do it badly, our grievance officer is next, and the Data Protection Board of India is above them.
