For institutes with more than one centre

Every enquiry, every centre, one list.

You already spend on ads and hoardings. That part works. You lose parents in the hours between a fee question and a call back.

Twenty five minutes. We build a page for one of your real centres on the call, and you keep it either way.

Where admissions actually leak

None of this is a website problem, which is why a new website did not fix it.

The enquiry arrives and nothing catches it

A parent taps the number in your advert. It rings the Adyar counter. Whoever picks up writes the name in a book, or does not. By evening nobody can say how many people asked.

Nobody owns the follow up

Three staff, one number, one shared WhatsApp. Everyone assumes somebody called back. Often nobody did, and the parent joined the institute that called first.

You cannot compare your centres

The Velachery centre may be converting twice as well as Adyar. There is no number that would tell you, so the good practice never spreads.

You cannot tell which advert worked

You know the spend. You do not know which centre the enquiries went to. So next quarter you spend the same way again.

The page is not the product here. The list of who asked, who owns it and who has not been called back is the product.

What we put in place

  1. A page for every centre

Fees, timings, courses, the teacher list and directions, on an address you can print on a pamphlet. ourlink.is/acme-adyar, or your own domain.
  2. Every tap becomes an enquiry

WhatsApp taps, form submissions and calls from the page. Each one arrives with the centre it came from, the advert it came from and the language the parent was reading in.
  3. Someone owns every enquiry

Assign it to a counsellor. Set a time to call back. The status moves from new, to contacted, to following up, to joined or lost.
  4. Nothing sits quietly

If an enquiry has been untouched past your own limit, the counsellor and the centre head both get a WhatsApp message. You set the limit. Four hours is the usual answer.
  5. One table for all your centres

Enquiries, calls made, admissions, side by side. The centre doing it right becomes visible, and so does the one that is not.

What it costs, against what an admission costs

The comparison that matters, done out loud.

Institute pricing

Any institute, per year
₹1,50,000
That covers
up to 13 centres
Every centre after that
₹11,000 a year

Worked example, a 20 centre institute

Worked example for a twenty centre institute

Yearly cost
₹1,50,000 + 7 × ₹11,000 = ₹2,27,000
Per centre, per year
₹11,350
Per centre, per month
about ₹950
Typical cost to win one admission in Indian coaching
₹5,000 to ₹15,000
So this pays for itself at
roughly 1 extra admission per centre, per year

Catch one extra enquiry per centre in a year and this has paid for itself.

The cost per admission range comes from a published Indian marketing guide, not from audited research. We keep the word typical in that sentence on purpose. Ask us on the call and we will show you where it came from.

This fits you if

  • You run 3 or more centres under one name.
  • Parents ask about fees and timings by phone or WhatsApp, all day, at every counter.
  • You spend on Google, Meta, hoardings or pamphlets and cannot attribute enquiries to a centre.
  • You have counsellors, and no shared place where their follow ups live.

This does not fit you if

  • You run one centre and you personally answer every enquiry. You do not need this. Make the free page.
  • You need a full institute website with a blog, a gallery and a results page. Build that, and use this for the enquiry side.
  • You already run a CRM your counsellors actually use every day. Then your problem is the pages, not the pipeline, and we are an expensive way to solve that.

How we start

  1. A walkthrough call, twenty five minutes

We build a page for one of your real centres while you watch.
  2. One centre, live, for two weeks

Your real advert points at it. You see real enquiries land. Nothing changes anywhere else.
  3. The rest of the centres, in a week

We take your centre list, build the pages and bring your counsellors in. You approve everything before it goes out.
  4. A number at the end of the first term

Enquiries caught, calls made, admissions attributed, per centre. If the number is not there, you have a real answer and so do we.

Questions institutes ask

Almost none. They keep talking to parents on WhatsApp. What changes is that an enquiry arrives with their name on it and a time to call back, and it turns red if they do not. The screen they use is one list on their phone.

Bring one centre. See what it catches.

Twenty five minutes on a call, one page built with you, and a real advert pointing at it for a fortnight. Then decide.
